Information we collect
When you contact us or start a request, we collect the details needed to respond and provide the requested support: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, enquiry message, application answers and any documents you choose to upload. A public review also collects a rating, display name, review text and a private contact email. We may record verification and security events needed to protect these workflows.
Documents are optional for an initial enquiry. Some application services may need specific documents before they can be processed. If you send bank transfer details, we record the amount, transfer reference and uploaded receipt for payment verification and business records. This website does not collect payment card details.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries, prepare and process requested typing or documentation work, and provide status updates.
- Check your contact method before showing a request or accepting private uploads.
- Communicate about quotations, service requirements, support and, where applicable, invoices.
- Maintain appropriate business records, protect the website and improve the service.
We do not use customer documents for unrelated purposes without permission unless applicable law requires or permits it. Please provide only information and documents you are authorised to share.
Private documents and access
Uploaded application files and transfer receipts are stored in private storage. Authorised staff access them according to their role and assignment. Public reviews are checked before publication; the review contact email and request reference are kept out of the public review.
Where information is stored
Our primary customer database and private uploaded files are currently hosted in Mumbai, India. We serve customers in the UAE and may move this storage to a UAE region in the future; we will update this policy if that changes. Email, hosting, security and messaging providers may process information in other locations to deliver their services.
When information may be shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share the information necessary to deliver a requested service, with your authorisation, or when required by applicable UAE law or a competent authority. Hosting, security, email and messaging providers may process limited information for their respective functions. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms.
Security and retention
We use access controls, private document storage and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Uploaded customer documents for a completed request are scheduled for deletion one year after completion. Payment receipts and transaction records are kept separately for applicable accounting, legal and dispute obligations. Other information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the service, business records, legal duties or dispute handling, then removed when no longer required.
Cookies and verification
Essential cookies support staff sign-in and verified request tracking. A human-verification provider helps protect public forms from abuse. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website. You can manage cookies through your browser, although essential features may stop working if they are blocked.
Your requests and children's privacy
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request a correction or deletion where appropriate. We may verify your identity before acting. Our services are not directed to children, and information about a child should be submitted only with appropriate authority and consent.
