Requesting a cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible with your request reference if you wish to stop a service. We will review how much work has already been completed and explain the next step.

Service charges

A refund, if applicable, depends on the circumstances of the request and work already performed. Service charges may not be refundable once typing, preparation or submission has started or finished. We will communicate service charges before processing where reasonably possible.

Third-party charges

Government, authority and other third-party fees are governed by the relevant provider's refund rules. Our ability to refund a service charge does not change that provider's decision.
