SERVICE INFORMATION
Terms and conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026
The AmerCenterAe.com website is operated by NH Smart Docs for Documents Clearing, at Deira, Nakhil Center, Dubai, UAE.
By using this website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them before submitting information or documents.
1. About our services
We provide private online support for typing, document preparation, data entry, translation enquiries, form filling and related administrative work in the UAE. Availability and the exact scope of each service are confirmed with you before work begins. We are an independent service provider, not a government authority or official government website.
2. Customer information
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information and documents you are authorised to share. Incorrect, incomplete, expired or misleading material can cause errors, delays, further requirements or rejection.
3. Government and third-party services
Where a request involves a government authority or another platform, our role may be to help prepare, type or submit information with your authorisation. The relevant authority or provider controls final decisions, processing times and its own fees. We do not guarantee approval of any visa, permit, licence, application or other transaction.
4. Translation and document checks
Translation work depends on the material you supply. Please check names, dates, passport and identification numbers before final delivery. If certified, legal or officially attested translation is required, we will discuss any separate requirements or charges before proceeding; a general translation enquiry does not itself include certification or attestation.
5. Fees and payment
We show an individual quote with the estimated government or third-party fees and our service charge before requesting payment. If an approved bank transfer account is configured, its details appear only after you verify your request. You may send a transfer reference and receipt through the private request page. A submitted receipt does not mean payment is received; our team confirms the funds against the business bank record. This website does not collect payment card details or process card charges.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the work already completed and the circumstances of the request. Service charges may be non-refundable once work starts or documents are prepared or submitted. Government and third-party fees follow the relevant provider's policy. See the refund and cancellation information and contact us promptly if you want to stop a request.
7. Processing times
Any time estimate is indicative. Authorities, third-party platforms, technical problems, holidays, maintenance and missing information can affect completion.
8. Documents and confidentiality
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide and use it for the requested service or as required by law. Send only the documents necessary for that request. Our privacy policy explains collection, access and retention.
9. UAE Pass and account security
If a service requires UAE Pass or another official login or digital approval, you must personally complete the required authorisation. Do not send passwords, PINs or one-time codes to us. We do not request or retain your confidential authentication credentials.
10. Website information
We work to keep information useful, but official requirements, fees, procedures and processing times can change. Website content is general information, not legal advice or a promise of an official result.
11. Prohibited use
Do not use this service for fraud, unlawful activity, false documents, impersonation or attempts to bypass official requirements. We may refuse or stop a request where we reasonably believe it involves such activity.
12. Intellectual property
Original website text, design, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for your own service enquiry; commercial reuse requires permission unless law allows it.
13. Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions and failures outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for our own work is limited to the service actually requested and paid for, subject to applicable law. We may update these terms and show the revised date on this page.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are intended to be governed by applicable UAE law and relevant Dubai rules, with disputes handled by competent UAE authorities and courts as applicable. For a question about these terms, contact the team.
